twelve x3

last night,
we spent some special time as a family.
we ate 12 inch subs,
bought a dozen donuts,
and a twelve pack of root beer.

and then we went to buy 12 toys for 12 kids
and i was so happy.

my mom and dad are cute with this kind of stuff.

i understand it was just a day that happened to have the same consecutive number assigned to it,
but it's good to make life a little special when something out of the ordinary happens.

no more of these dates for another thousand years!
