i've been fighting off a lot of personal negativity lately...
i've been complaining a little too much.
bad on me.
so i made a plan.
i went to the park
and (the best part)
i rolled down a really big, grassy hill.
it was amazing.
i'd recommend it.
and all that spinning and leaping
helped lift my spirits (literally)
and made me just that much happier
because there is so much to be happy about!
so, jump for joy this weekend.
